2 Ingredient Egg White Protein Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients: 1 cup whole milk (or other non-dairy milk) ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp baking soda ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (not low fat or skim) 1 large egg, beaten with a fork ½ cup almond flour (or all purpose flour) 2 Tbsp chia seeds 2 Tbsp flax seed meal 4 oz. cream cheese, softened Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together milk, salt, baking soda and yogurt in a medium bowl until well combined. Add egg, almond flour and flax/chia mixture to the milk mixture and mix thoroughly. Fold in the cream cheese until just incorporated.
Scoop batter into muffin cups (I use silicone molds). Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center of each pancake. Let cool completely before frosting!
