The firefighter work out app is one of the best fitness apps available for smartphones. It provides all kinds of exercises and workouts for firefighters. You can choose from different types of exercises such as push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, running and other types of movements. There are many exercise routines to keep your heart rate up and improve your flexibility.

There are also several workout videos with tips and advice on how to do each exercise properly.

How to Use the Firefighter Workout App?

There are two ways to use the firefighter workout app. First way is through the smartphone’s built-in camera function. Second way is using the phone’s keyboard feature. To start using the firefighter workout app, you need to download it from Google Play Store first before you can begin exercising. Once downloaded, tap on “Workout” button which appears on screen and follow instructions given by voice prompts. Alternatively, you can choose to type in your keyword search instead of speaking it out loud.

There are many useful features built into the firefighter workout app including the ability to change the background of your screen to a fire station scene or a night scene which is more soothing to the eyes. You can also choose your preferred language for instructions and voice prompts from among ten different languages such as English, Spanish, French and Chinese.

So how do you navigate through the firefighter workout app?

The firefighter app starts you off with a short warm-up session which should be done at your own pace. There is no need to rush. When you feel you are done with the warm-up, tap on Next button to proceed to the first workout routine. This is a dynamic stretching routine where you should aim to reach your toes for maximum flexibility.

You may choose to do this firefighter workout app in a seated or standing position. To switch between the two, simply tap on Change Position button which appears on the top right corner of your screen. After you have completed this first routine, you should proceed to the second routine by tapping on Next button which now reads “Continue”.

The second routine is a cardio vascular routine where you can choose from three different kinds of cardio such as running in place, jumping jacks or squats. You can perform this routine at your own pace by tapping on the appropriate icons.

The third routine is all about strength training and here, you will be given 3 different weightlifting routines. The first two are designed for beginners and intermediate users while the third one is reserved for advanced users. You can choose to do this routine at your own pace by tapping on the appropriate icons.

Once you are done with the third routine, you will be brought back to the main start page of the app where you can choose to begin working out once more. Alternatively, you can tap on History button to see a record of all your past workouts. The records are stored for 7 previous days and you can see date, duration, summary of exercises and your personal best for each exercise. By swiping left or right on the list, you can see your older records.

You can bookmark this page by tapping on the Bookmark button on the top left corner of your screen to access the workout routine from any place in future.
