5 Misconceptions About the Globo Gym

Globo Gym: A Brief History

The first time I heard about Globo gym was when my friend told me about it. I didn’t believe him since I thought that there’s no such thing as a “globe” gym, but then after reading some other blogs and websites, I found out that there are indeed such places. Globos are basically small gyms with a big name like Planet Fitness or Equinox.

They have all kinds of different equipment and they usually charge a little bit less than their bigger competitors.

I always wondered why they don’t just call themselves Globo Gym instead of using the word globe?

Well, it turns out that Globo Gym actually started off as a way to promote its own brand of exercise equipment called “Globo”. The idea behind this was that you could use these machines at home and get your heart rate up while doing exercises that will make you feel good! You might think that you’ll be able to do something similar at your local gym, but unfortunately you won’t because of the lack of space.

You see, Globos are not only expensive, but they’re also very hard to come by. There are only a few locations where you can get them and even if you manage to find one, it may cost hundreds of dollars.

So what does this mean?

It means that going to a globo is a waste of money because you won’t be able to enjoy the full benefits of their equipment and it’s literally just a waste of time. You might as well stay at home and get on your laptop or something since you won’t get a good workout.

Fortunately, there are other options. If you want to go to a gym that’s cheap but also has high-quality equipment, then Globo gym is the place for you. Not only are the staff trained to help you with your form, but all of their equipment is always maintained to be in tip-top shape.

You might not even be aware of this, but many of the popular gym chains out there have problems with people using broken equipment. This is never a problem at Globo gyms mainly because they only buy equipment that’s made by Globo!

2. Different types of exercise equipment

Here at Globo Gym we have all different kinds of equipment that can help you achieve your fitness goals. If you want to run without going anywhere, then try out our treadmills. We have multiple models and types so you can pick whichever one you feel will work best for your specific needs. If running outside isn’t really your thing, then this is a good alternative to it.

Who knows, you might get addicted to working out on an elliptical and not be able to stop.

3. We have stationary bikes

Bike, bike, bicycle… Whatever you want to call it, we have them here at Globo gym.

As with the treadmills and the ellipticals, we have multiple types of stationary bikes so you can pick whichever you want to use. You don’t even have to go to a globo gym to use one of these bikes because they’re all available for your use right here!

4. There are weights here too

While it’s true that we do not have any globo machines, we do have a wide variety of free weights here at the gym. You can pick up some dumbbells or barbells to help give you that extra push while working out. You can even get a spotter to help you with the more heavy duty weights if you need one.

5. Rowing machines

Do you like to go on the water but you’re land-locked?

Then try out one of our rowing machines! They use your body weight in order to function, and some of our more advanced models even have settings so you can make the rowing experience that much more difficult for yourself. Just make sure not to set it too hard or you might fall off and into the machine!

6. Last but not least, we have the treadmill that could

Finally, we have our newest and most advanced treadmill, the TreadMILLACE! This treadmill not only functions like a normal treadmill, but it can actually adjust its own settings in order to make things more difficult for you if it feels like you aren’t working hard enough. There is even a button where you can make it feel like you’re either walking up a steep hill, or even running up one!
