Cardio is one of the most important things when it comes to your body’s health. You need to have enough time to exercise at least 2 hours per day. Cardio is not only good for your heart but also helps with recovery from workouts and prevents injuries. However, there are some drawbacks of cardio:
You lose blood volume (volume = how much blood you have) during cardio sessions.
Your muscles become less flexible.
The intensity of cardio decreases your strength and power levels.
Cardio causes fatigue which may cause you to quit exercising altogether.
Cardio is not recommended for women. Women are supposed to avoid cardio because they don’t have enough blood flow to their bodies, thus causing them to feel tired and weak after doing cardio exercises.
If you want to improve your cardiovascular fitness, then you must do cardio regularly. But if you’re just starting out, then try to stick to walking around instead of running. Walking is great for your heart and lungs while still allowing you to work out without getting exhausted. If you decide that running isn’t working for your needs, then consider swimming or cycling. These activities are great ways of burning calories and building up strength and endurance too!
Now, let’s talk about Alpha-Male Style Cardio Training. The easy way to start off would be doing some warm up stretches. You want to do this for 5-10 minutes before your sessions. This will increase your flexibility and decrease the chances of you getting injured during your run. After you’re done with that, it’s time to pick up the pace!
Don’t push yourself too hard at first because this will discourage you and you might not enjoy it anymore. Start off by jogging at a moderate pace for about 10-15 minutes. After that, try to speed it up by 2-3 minutes each week until you’re at least jogging for half an hour straight. If you want to challenge yourself, try running up steep hills or even stairs!
The next part of Alpha-Male Style Cardio Training is weight lifting. Everyone knows that weight training is beneficial to building muscle but it’s also great for improving your overall health.
