Bodyweight Workout: Cycle 1, Week 2
The first week of cycle one was very easy. I did not have any problems with my fitness level at all.
The second week however was much harder than the previous weeks. My cardio routine consisted of walking around the neighborhood and doing some stretches, but it wasn’t enough to burn off those extra calories.
I started to feel really tired after the third day. After the fourth day I couldn’t even do push ups anymore.
I felt like I had no energy left in me whatsoever. I didn’t want to go out because I knew if someone saw me they would think something bad happened to me…or worse, that there was a serial killer stalking the streets!
At this point I was starting to get scared. If this is what it takes to stay fit, then so be it.
But I need your help! Please share this article with everyone you know! They might just save their own lives from becoming victims of a serial killer!
You see, I am currently working on my Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. You see, I wanted to become a doctor or nutritionist in the future.
But this research requires a lot of funding…and as for being a nutritionist, I might as well become a killer instead. You can make some good money by targeting the right people and ask for a high ransom.
Okay, I’m just kidding! But in all seriousness, I’m very dedicated in my studies!
When I was younger, I wanted to be a track athlete. But as I got older, my interests changed. I wanted to help people achieve their dreams of a fit and healthy lifestyle. I’m sure you can help me out!
So tell me, what is your favorite type of exercise?
