Bulletproof Coffee Without Butter

The amount of oil you use should equal the amount of coffee in the mug; for example, if you are making 16 ounces of coffee, then add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Now it’s time to add the coffee: begin by pouring just half a mug of coffee. Gently stir the oil into the coffee and continue pouring until the mug is full. The oil and coffee will not combine like a liquid—instead, the oil will sit on top of the coffee.
