CreaPure vs. Kre-Alkalyn: Which Is Better

Creapure vs Creatine HCL

The most common question I get asked when it comes to creatine is “Which one is better?”

There are many benefits of both, but there’s no clear winner.

So which one do you choose?

Well, that depends on your goals and what type of athlete you want to become. If you’re just looking for a quick boost in performance then creatine will probably work fine for you. However, if you want to maximize your gains over time, then you’ll need to use creatine with a loading protocol.

What is Creatine?

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in foods such as meat and fish. It works very well at increasing muscle mass and strength because it increases ATP production (energy) during exercise. While creatine does increase energy levels during physical activity, it doesn’t actually provide any additional calories or nutrients.

How Does Creatine Work?

When you perform physical activity, ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) is produced from ADP. When ATP is formed, it becomes available for other reactions within the body. One of these reactions is the creation of adenosine diphosphate (ADP). Adenosine diphosphate (or ATP) helps to maintain cellular function and functions like making proteins and maintaining cell membranes. When your body is using most of its energy for physical activity, it uses up ATP much more rapidly than when at rest. This means that you need a constant supply of ATP to fuel these reactions.

Is Creatine Good For You?

Creatine provides an additional source of ATP so that you can continue performing intense physical activity for a longer period of time. It can also allow you to increase your training volume without experiencing the same fatigue you would without taking creatine.

How To Take Creatine?

There are multiple ways to take creatine:

Loading Protocol: The loading protocol involves taking 20 grams of creatine monohydrate every day for a week, and then maintenance which is 5 grams per day. You can either take it pre-workout or even split it up throughout the day. This is the most effective way to take creatine.

You should notice results in a few days.

Mixture Protocol: This is another method that will work, but takes longer to build up creatine levels. Instead of taking 20 grams per day, you take 5 grams for the first month and then 10 grams the second month. Maintenance is 2-5 grams per day after the second month.

You should start noticing results after a month or two.

Cell Volumization: This is the cheapest method to take creatine. Instead of taking the powder, you can just drink a solution of creatine. This works by drawing water into your cells which causes your muscles to volumize.

You can achieve this same effect by drinking a lot of water, but this will take a lot longer to build up creatine levels.

Why is CreaPure Better?

Many people do not like regular creatine because it tends to upset their stomachs and give them diarrhea. Creapure, on the other hand, is a pure form of creatine that is hypoallergenic. This means that people who have an adverse reaction to normal creatine will not experience these side effects when taking Creapure.

When Should I Take It?

Your best bet is to take Creapure either right before your workout or even during your workout. This will give you energy to power through your workout and help your muscles recover more quickly. You can also take it after your workout, but then it would just be for the recovery benefits.

Can I Take Other Supplements With It?

You can take Creapure in conjunction with other supplements such as protein powder and glutamine. This is because these are all basic nutrients for your body that help with muscle growth and recovery. However, you should not take Creapure with yohimbe or any other stimulants.

Who Should Take It?

Anyone who is interested in increasing their strength and endurance while building muscle should take Creapure. This would include serious weightlifters as well as professional and amateur athletes.

What are the Potential Side Effects?

There are no major side effects associated with Creapure since it is a pure form of creatine monohydrate. Some people may experience stomach discomfort if they do not drink enough water when they first start taking it. In addition, your bowels may become more active than they normally are. However, if you experience any serious side effects when taking Creapure, you should seek medical attention immediately.

Can I Take It If I Have A Medical Condition?

If you have a medical condition, such as diabetes or liver disease, you should consult with your physician before taking Creapure. This is because the effects of Creapure have not been tested on people with these conditions.
