You may think that you are going to lose some water but it will not affect your performance. You might even gain some strength or endurance. A common misconception about water cut weightlifting is that you have to drink lots of fluids before and after the workout to make sure you don’t get dehydrated. This isn’t true either! Water is a very hydrating substance so you shouldn’t feel thirsty at all.
How to Cut Weight During Training Session?
You can use water cut weightlifting with no problem if you follow these simple steps:
1) Take a shower after every workout (or whenever you feel like it).
If you do not take one, then just go into the bathroom and wash up. Wash off the sweat and dirt from your body. Then, dry yourself off completely. Do this several times throughout the day.
2) Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
3) Eat healthy food and drink plenty of water too.

Another benefit to this practice is that it helps you burn all of those calories that you consumed during your last meal before the workout. It is a well known fact that you need to rid your body of the energy it has stored up from your last meal before you start a strenuous activity. Since you can’t burn all of these up while sitting on your butt, your body stores them as fat. By cutting weight before you hit the heavy bag, you are able to get rid of those extra calories and expend all of the energy that was stored up in them.

There are a lot of things that you need to avoid during cutting weight. One common thing people like to do is take a sauna. This can be both beneficial and harmful at the same time. It’s good in that it will help you lose water weight but it is bad because it also dehydrates you even more than you already are.
