Extreme Calisthenics: From the Playground to the Silver Screen

Extreme Calisthenics: From the Playground to the Silver Screen

The movie “Extreme” was released in 2011. It’s a comedy film starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg.

They play two extreme bodybuilders who compete in a bodybuilding contest. The movie is based on real life events and it’s just funny! You might not believe that these guys are actually doing all this for show, but they really do! The movie was made with great success and it received positive reviews from critics.

What makes this movie so good?

Well, there are several reasons, but I’ll give you my personal opinion. First of all, the story is very well told. Second of all, the actors did a fantastic job at portraying their characters. Thirdly, the acting in this movie is top notch! These three factors make this movie worth watching even if you don’t have any interest in bodybuilding or fitness!

Now let me tell you why you should watch this movie. You see, one of the main themes of the movie is body image.

Body image is something that many people struggle with. Many people feel uncomfortable about their bodies and they often try to change them into something more pleasing to others. However, changing your body isn’t going to solve anything because it won’t lead anywhere in terms of achieving your goals! Instead, you need to take steps towards improving yourself physically and mentally!

The two main characters in this movie take steps to improve their bodies and their minds. They don’t focus on changing their bodies, but rather they focus on getting in better shape!

This is a great message and I think it’s one that’s very important in today’s society. The two characters also learn that it’s all right to take chances and pursue your dreams as long as you have a back up plan. I think a lot of people could learn from this movie, regardless of who you are and what you want to be in life!

It’s been seven years since “Extreme” was released and I still watch the movie from time to time because it’s just that good. If you haven’t seen this movie then I urge you to go out and watch it right now!
