I have been coaching since I was 15 years old. My first job out of high school was at a gym called “The House” in my hometown of St. Louis Missouri. I coached there until I graduated from college with a degree in Exercise Science (my major).

After graduating I moved to New York City where I worked as a personal trainer for several years before finally deciding to pursue my passion full time.

My goal is to become a professional strength and conditioning coach and teach others how to do the same thing. Over the past few years I have been working hard on becoming better than ever!

As a certified strength and conditioning specialist, I am able to work with clients of all levels. Some are looking to improve their athletic performance while others want to get stronger and build muscle mass. Regardless of your goals, I will guide you through each step of the way.

In addition to being a strength and conditioning specialist, I am also a certified personal trainer. While my primary focus is on weight training, I also specialize in nutrition and supplementation so that I can provide my clients with everything they need to reach their fitness goals.

I am also an experienced online coach. Whether you are a beginner or have been working out for years, I believe that anyone can achieve their goals with the right guidance and support!

Throughout my career I have worked with a wide range of clients. From pre-op transgenders to extreme sports athletes, from elite level bodybuilders to your average lose-it-all couch potato, I have the experience and knowledge to help you reach your goals.

With my vast experience and education, I will be able to work with you one on one to improve all areas of your life. My main goal is to get you results and improve your overall health and well-being.

My mission is to help you achieve your goals, no matter how big or small. I’m here to hold you accountable and help keep you on track. I believe that all bodies are built in the kitchen, so nutrition is a huge part of what I do. You can have the best training program in the world, but if you aren’t feeding your body proper nutrients, you aren’t going to get the results you’re looking for.

Together we will come up with a plan that works for you and your lifestyle, and I’ll hold you accountable to fulfill your diet obligations.
