By the time you read this, it will have been one year since I started my journey with the diet. During that year, I lost almost 20 pounds (9 kg) in just over six months! My goal was to lose at least 10 pounds (4 kg).

I did not make any major changes to my lifestyle. I ate what I normally would eat, but I didn’t do anything different. No exercise either. But somehow all those extra calories were working their magic on me!

I’m not sure if it was because of some sort of hidden trigger or something else, but within two months of starting the diet, my body began changing in ways that had never happened before during my life. I felt like I was reborn.

My energy level increased. My mood improved. My physical appearance changed dramatically.

I became much thinner than when I first started the diet, and my hair grew back thicker and fuller than ever before. The only thing that wasn’t different was my personality!

As far as the diet goes, it works very well for most people who follow it faithfully and stick to it religiously every day without fail for a period of several weeks or even months.

Nowadays, I’m much more active than before. I love doing my favorite activities even more now than before. I also plan to keep the diet going strong well into the future.

I don’t see any reason in stopping.

As for you, it’s entirely up to you whether you want to try the diet yourself or not. Like I always say, everyone is different, and what works for me or anyone else might not necessarily work for you, especially if your situation is different from ours. That’s just the way life is.

If you are thinking about trying the diet, I urge you not to use any of my pictures for any reason whatsoever. The last thing I want is for someone to steal any of my intellectual property and pass it off as their own. This diet belongs to me, and I don’t feel anyone else should be benefiting from my hard work without crediting me for it.

I feel like this is something I’ve been needing to do for myself for a long time. It’s probably why I’ve been getting so restless with my life as of late. I haven’t been doing what I really want to do, and as soon as I realized that, I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

I’m so excited to finally have a chance to do what I’ve always wanted to do!
