Hannah Jennings

Hannah Jennings was born on August 13th, 1990 in New York City. She had been living in Los Angeles since she was four years old. Her father is a successful actor and her mother is a fashion designer. She attended the prestigious Stuyvesant High School where she won awards for both music and drama club performances. At 17, she moved to London where she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). She was discovered by director John Crowley after performing in one of his plays.

After graduating from RADA, she worked with such directors as David Fincher, Todd Haynes and Wes Anderson. She also appeared in films like “The Grand Budapest Hotel”, “Blue Valentine” and “Under the Skin”.

On July 6th, 2016, she posted a picture of herself holding a gun on Instagram. She wrote: “I’m not afraid of anything anymore.”

Her last post on social media was on July 19th, 2016. A friend commented: “You were beautiful when you smiled.” She replied back saying: “Thank you for your kind words.” She then added: “Love you forever my love.”

Crowley, the director of “Nebo Zovyot”, said he was shocked when he heard about her death. He described her as: “A very shy and sweet girl.” When asked if she would harm herself or others, he said: “I don’t believe so.”

Jim Tanner, who was her agent, said in a statement: “She was a kind person with a gentle spirit and we’re all shaken to the core by this tragedy.”

A random drug test by the police would have cleared her to get her driver’s license after six months. The teenager had traces of Marijuana and Xanax in her blood stream. Her death is still under investigation.

A funeral service was held for the teenager at the St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral on July 26th, 2016. Her mother, Jane, and father, David, released a joint statement thanking fans for their support. They also requested privacy during this trying time.

The family has not made any other statements since then.

The entertainment world has also mourned the loss of such a young talent. Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence stated: “Hollywood has truly lost one of its rising stars. Our hearts go out to her family and friends during this difficult time.” British actress Kate Beckinsale said: “I looked up to her since I was a teenager.

She seemed to be the very definition of a modern woman.”

A private funeral was held for her on August 7th, 2016. We here at The Truth Today would like to send our condolences to her family and friends.
