How Long Does It Take To Build Muscle For A Woman?
The average human being takes between 5 and 10 years to reach their adult height. (
1) This means that a man will grow 1 cm every year while a woman will grow 0.
5 cm every year. So if you are under 18, then your growth rate would be slower than an adult male’s growth rate.
A typical person gains about 3 pounds of body weight per week. (
2) If you weigh 150 lbs at age 15, then after 10 years you will weigh 180 lbs.
3) That means that it takes around 7 years to achieve your goal of gaining 30 lbs of muscle mass.

So how many years do you need to train to get those extra 30 lbs of muscle?
Well, this depends on several factors such as your genetics, training frequency, and diet. But let us assume that you have all these things figured out and you want to start building some muscle now. Here is what I think.
There are two different kinds of people in this world, the ones that want quick results and the ones that want long-lasting results. Now I am going to give you both options so you can choose which one you want to follow.
Get Quick Muscle Mass Results
If you want to gain muscle mass quickly, then I suggest starting around age 15. If you start younger than this, your growth hormones are not going to be at peak levels yet.
