How Often Should I Squat

How Often Should You Squat?

Squats are one of the best exercises to build muscle mass. They work all muscles including your back, chest, arms and legs. If you want to get bigger and stronger then squats are the way to go! But there is another reason why you should do them regularly: they burn fat too!

If you don’t have time to train with weights, but still want to improve your strength and size, then it’s better to perform squats than other exercises such as push ups or pull ups. However, if you’re not interested in getting big and strong like Arnold Schwarzenegger did, then you shouldn’t bother doing squats either. Your goal should be to lose weight instead.

The question is, how often should you squat?

There are many different opinions out there about this topic. Some say that you should do them every day; others recommend doing them once a week; while some say that they should only be done when you feel ready to lift heavy weights.

There are several reasons why people think differently about this issue. Some think that you should do them every day because they want you to get stronger as soon as possible. Others say that you shouldn’t do them every day because the muscles need time to recover and grow.

The fact is, there is no special formula when it comes to determining how often you should squat. It’s all about your own body and what works for you.
