However, there are many different types of athletes that have different needs and wants. Some may need to train less frequently than others. There are some who do not even want to lift weights at all!
So how does one decide if the free strongman workouts are right for them?
There are several factors that will help you determine whether or not the free strongman workouts are right for your needs. These include:
Your current level of fitness.
Your desired level of fitness.
Whether you want to get stronger or lose fat. (Fat loss)
Your age and physical condition. (Strength training requires more energy than cardio.)
If any of these points apply to you, then the free strongman workouts are probably not for you. The best thing you can do is read through them and do what you think is right. There are many people out there who do not have the time, money or physical ability to perform these workouts. If you are one of these people, we don’t want to offend you in any way.

If the last section didn’t turn you away, then it’s time to get into detail about how to create a strongman program. We will first talk about how you can start today without equipment. I have divided these programs into four stages: beginner, intermediate, advanced and competition.
It is important to know that you DO NOT need a lot of equipment or even a gym membership to get started. You may even be able to find many of these implements at your local playground for free! Remember, you do not need a lot to be fit. You just need the right information.

The Free Strongman Workouts
STAGE 1: BEGINNER
Body weight routines are a great way to start your strongman career. The great thing is, you only need your own body to get started! We will be focusing on three areas of training: pushing, pulling and legs. This will ensure that you are well balanced when it comes to strength.
