Turkmen Get Up Workout Routine:

The first thing you need to do is get yourself into the proper position. First of all, you have to lie down on your back with your legs straight.

Then, lift one leg up so it’s parallel to the ground and then place your hands under your head and bring them forward until they touch the floor. Now, slowly lower your body down until your face touches the floor. Repeat this movement 10 times.

If you are not used to doing this exercise, don’t worry; it isn’t difficult at all. Once you get the hang of it, you will feel great after just one or two repetitions.

After you get in the right position, it’s time to do some serious work. Let’s talk about the first part of the exercise now.

In this first part of the exercise, you are going to raise your upper body and then pull your lower body towards you and bring your feet over your head. To get into this position, you first have to lift your torso up while keeping your lower back straight. Then, you have to pull one of your legs over your head until that foot touches the floor behind you. From here, you can either place your leg on the floor behind you or leave it in the air. Then, bring your other foot over your head until that foot touches the floor behind you also. Now, both of your feet should be behind you and your hands should still be touching the floor in front of you. From here, you are going to perform the same movement with your upper body and the other leg.
