I want to open a crossfit gym because it’s fun!
Crossfit is fun, but it’s not easy. There are some things you need to do before you can start training at your own home or even with friends. For example, you will have to get a place where you can train and also pay rent (or buy). Also, you will have to purchase equipment such as weights, barbells, kettle bells and other items.
You might think that if you’re willing to invest time and money into training then you’ll be able to succeed. However, there are some things that you may need to learn first before getting started.
For example: What do I need to know about nutrition? How much weight should I lift each week? Should I use free weights or machines when lifting? Which exercises should I focus on? How often should I workout?

The following are some questions that you may ask yourself before starting your journey towards becoming a certified trainer:
What type of person am I? Do I like working out? Do I like being active? Am I addicted to working out? Do I like lifting heavy weights? Do I prefer long runs? Am I a natural athlete? Or am I someone who has to work hard for everything that I achieve?
What type of goals do I have? Do I want to lose weight? Build muscle? Increase my stamina?
