I Will CrossFit Every Day (WECED) is a website where you can read about various topics related to fitness. You will learn about different types of training, how to do it properly, what are the benefits and drawbacks of each type of training, and much more. There are many different types of trainers out there; however, WECED’s writers have decided to focus their attention on one particular trainer: CrossFit founder Greg Glassman. They believe that the best way to learn about CrossFit is through Greg Glassman himself.
The site was founded by two friends named Chris and Scott, both of whom were former members of the gym Glassman started in Austin, Texas. After leaving CrossFit they wanted to share some of their experiences with others who may be interested in learning more about the program.
“We’re not trying to compete with CrossFit,” Chris says. “It’s just that we want to give people something else to read.”
Chris and Scott say they hope that readers will enjoy reading their stories because they think it’ll make them feel better about themselves. They’ve also added a few personal tips for those who wish to improve their own health or fitness levels.
“If you’re really serious about CrossFit,” Chris says, “you should come train with us. We can probably teach you more in person than we could on the internet.”
It looks like the pair have done a lot of research for their site. They’ve got several pages of information on the workout, plus a forum where people can communicate and share their ideas. I’m impressed with what they’ve managed to accomplish.
If you’re interested in learning more about CrossFit, you should swing by their website at I Will CrossFit Every Day.
