I Will CrossFit Every Day (WECED) is a website where you can read about various topics related to fitness. You will learn about different types of training, how to do it properly, what are the benefits and drawbacks of each type of training, and much more. There are many different types of trainers out there; however, WECED’s writers have decided to focus their attention on one particular trainer: CrossFit founder Greg Glassman. They believe that the best way to learn about CrossFit is through Greg Glassman himself.
