JavaPro Whey Protein Complex (Product Review).
I bought the JavaPro Whey Protein Complex because I have been doing a lot of research on whey protein, and this has some of the highest review ratings. The price is pretty good for what I found out that it does. I don’t know why I never tried it before.
The container is very easy to open and close. It is not one of those things that you have to fight with every time you open it. The container is also very easy to mix with water, milk, or anything else.
The taste is very good if you like the flavor you choose.
I have tried the strawberry and the mocha flavored ones so far. Both of them taste really good to me, but I can see how some people might not like either one. I don’t have a really sweet tooth so the sweetness of the strawberry is just enough for me.
The mocha tastes like a chocolate shake to me.
The main reason why I bought this was because it is supposed to help build muscle and help burn fat. I am not really sure about the fat burning part yet, but I do know that it has made me less hungry throughout the day. I guess it has also helped me build muscle too, because I have been gaining a little bit of weight.
I don’t know if it is more than if I didn’t take it, but I’m not losing weight like I was before either.
I would definitely recommend trying this. I don’t think you can find anything better for this price.
Pros: Easy to open and close, good taste, helps with muscle gain and weight maintenance, helps curb appetite.
Cons: Can’t think of anything bad about it.

So which whey protein is the best?
I hope that you have enjoyed my whey protein review and that it has given you some insight into which whey protein is best for you. If you are looking for the BEST whey protein available whether it be for price, effectiveness, taste or whatever else, then I would highly recommend the ISO100 by Dymatize. This gets my highest rating because it is by far the best for building muscle. However, if building muscle is not important to you and you are just looking for something to help you lose weight, then I would go with the Lipo 6 by ATP Science. Remember, don’t just buy any whey protein, make sure it is from a trusted brand like the ones listed above.
