Kettlebell Workout: Cycle 1, Week 1, Day 2

The first day of the week is Monday. You have been training for one month with no rest days. Your goal is to complete all the exercises in each exercise set before your next workout.

So far so good?

Well let’s move on to the second day of the week!

Monday – Single Kettlebell Exercise (1 Hour)

Tuesday – Single Kettlebell Exercise (2 Hours)

Wednesday – Single Kettlebell Exercise (3 Hours)

Thursday – Single Kettlebell Exercise (4 Hours)

Friday – Single Kettlebell Exercise (5 hours or until you get tired!)

Saturday – Rest Day!

Sunday -Rest Day!

You are now ready to start the cycle again! You can do this in your home or at a local park if you prefer a little environment around you. If you have any questions please post them below and we’ll answer them as quick as possible!
