There are several reasons why this happens. Firstly, if you do not have enough flexibility in your joints then you will experience a lot of pain during the exercise.
Secondly, if you do not have enough strength in your muscles then they will become tired quickly due to the fact that they cannot move fast enough to keep up with your speed while jumping. Finally, there is the fact that you are jumping up and down repeatedly. This can cause a lot of stress on your body due to the repeated jolts that it receives.
Rebounding benefits skin by helping to minimize and eventually eliminating these three problems. When you start rebounding your body, be it with a mini or a full-sized trampoline, your muscles and joints will become more flexible.
Eventually, you will not only be able to jump higher but you will be able to do it pain-free. There is no jumping rope without pain if you have problems with your knees or back.
Rebounding is also a great way to strengthen your muscles without putting any stress on your joints. This means that you can still improve the strength of your legs without risking an injury.
