One of the most successful kickboxers is Dutch fighter Badr Hari who has a record of 35 fights with 32 wins (18 by KO), 3 losses and 2 draws.

In the last few years, mixed martial arts has become increasingly popular in North America. It is currently one of the most popular sports in North America. Some of the major tournaments include UFC, Pride Fighting Championships and Bodog Fight.

It’s very important that you always work within your own ability. If you’re a complete beginner, then it’s best to practice the fundamental techniques properly first before attempting more complex moves. If you’re more experienced then try experimenting with different fighting styles.
