Moji 360 Massager: A Handheld Massage Device?
The Moji 360 Massager is a device which can be used for various purposes. The product was designed with different uses in mind such as relaxation, stress relief, pain management and other similar things. However, it seems like the manufacturer didn’t take into consideration the needs of those who are suffering from chronic conditions or have physical disabilities.
It is not uncommon for users to experience discomfort when using a handheld massage device. Even if they are able to get over their discomfort, it doesn’t mean that they will feel any better physically. Some people may even suffer from headaches due to the vibrations caused by the device.
There is no way of knowing how much vibration the user experiences because there isn’t a specific measurement system for measuring vibration intensity.
There are several studies that have been conducted on the effects of vibration intensity on human physiology. These studies were done by researchers at universities around the world. They found out that there is a correlation between the amount of vibration experienced and the severity of symptoms such as headache, neck pain, muscle aches and fatigue.
In addition to these types of symptoms, some people may experience numbness or tingling sensations in certain parts of their body.
Moji Mini Pro: Another Handheld Massage Device?
The Moji Mini Pro is nearly identical to the product mentioned above. The only major differences are the color scheme and the vibration frequency. Some people may be able to use one of these devices without experiencing any negative side effects. However, it’s not recommended for those who are prone to experiencing issues with handheld massagers.
There are different types of vibration frequencies. Most of these devices make use of what’s known as a resonant type vibration. When this happens, the hand massager moves back and forth at an accelerated pace.
This eventually causes the hand held massager to feel warm to the touch. As far as the amount of heat that is generated by these devices, it all depends on how long you decide to use it. It also depends on how hard you push down on the device when you are using it on your back or shoulders.
There have been some reports from consumers that their hand massager became so hot that it started to feel uncomfortable to touch. Some people think that these devices may cause burns after long-term usage. So far there isn’t enough evidence proving that these devices lead to burns, but if you experience any issues then you may want to consult with a medical professional.
Due to the nature of these devices, some people have experienced issues when using them. For example, there have been reports that these hand held massagers can cause pain in the wrists and arms. There have also been reports of hand discomfort and even headaches caused by extended usage.
It’s recommended that you take a break from using the device every thirty minutes or so to give your muscles a rest.
Most of the issues that people experience when using these devices have to do with extended or improper use. It’s important that you read all of the instructions before using one of these massage gizmos. The key is to not overdo it.
Stop using the device if you start to feel pain or discomfort while using it.
Does Vibration Therapy Work?
The jury is still out on whether or not these devices can improve your health. It’s true that they can improve blood circulation in the short-term. However, there isn’t enough evidence to show that these devices can reverse the long-term effects of poor circulation. If you’re a senior citizen with health problems such as hardening of the arteries or poor circulation, using one of these devices may give you a short-term boost in energy and mood.
The problem with this is: What’s the long-term strategy here? Are you going to rely on a $30 gizmo to improve your circulation every time your body starts to feel tired?
In all likelihood, you’re going to have to make some dietary and lifestyle changes in order to improve your health. Unfortunately, most people don’t want to hear this. They’d rather spend their money on a new gizmo that claims to give them instant energy.
In some ways, these devices can be compared to nicotine and caffeine. Most smokers want to quit but it’s just too dang hard for them to do so. As a result, the tobacco companies came up with nicotine patches and gum in an effort to make it easier for people to kick the habit.
The same thing is true with caffeine. Most people can’t function in the morning without drinking at least one or two cups of coffee. As a result, there are now energy drinks on the market that are loaded with caffeine.
It seems that every year another type of hand held massager makes its way onto the market. As of 2015, there are more than 20 different types of these gizmos available. New ones are introduced on a regular basis.
Despite this fact, the most popular one continues to be the Moji 360. According to statistics, this device has been purchased more than 2 million times since it was first introduced a few years ago.
As you may expect, a lot of these types of devices make a wide range of claims about their ability to improve health. Most of them state that they can ease the discomfort of sore muscles and improve blood circulation. Some of them claim to be able to do much more.
One model claims that it can reduce the symptoms of arthritis, another claims that it can prevent migraine headaches and yet another claims that it can eliminate acid reflux.
Do they work?
Well, if by “work” you mean that they can improve how your muscles feel when you use them, then yes they do work.
But do they make any lasting changes to your health?
That answer is a resounding “maybe.” Again, if your only goal is to relieve the immediate pain that you’re feeling in your muscles and the surrounding areas, then by all means go ahead and start using one of these devices.
However, if your goal is to make your body more resilient and reduce your chances of getting sick in the first place then you need to take a different approach. You need to stop thinking that quick fixes and instant remedies are the answer to your problems. The reality of the matter is this: If you really want to become healthier you’re going to have to change your diet and start exercising on a regular basis.
A Healthy Lifestyle Is The Best Place To Start
If you’ve been putting off exercise for years because you don’t have time or it’s just too much trouble then you probably need to make a lifestyle change. As for your diet, if you’ve been eating a lot of processed foods and the wrong types of foods for years then once again you need to make a change.
Now you may be asking yourself “What’s the point? I can just use this device and never exercise or eat healthy and still be okay, right?”
Well, not really.
