1. There are three different categories when it comes to meat: red meat, poultry and seafood/shellfish.
You can eat as much as red meat as you want, but it’s better to limit your intake of poultry and seafood. Seafood contains high levels of mercury which is not good for the body in large quantities. As for poultry, it’s better to limit your intake of it because it contains high levels of cholesterol.
2. You should also take in as much vegetables and some fruits as possible.
These foods are low in calories and they’re good for your health in general. Eat the non-starchy ones.
3. Fats are very important when it comes to paleo diet.
Make sure to eat a lot of them as these will keep your body energized during the day.
