Kettlebells are used in many sports and activities. They have been used for thousands of years. However, they were not really popular until the 20th century when they became trendy among bodybuilders, powerlifters, weight lifters and other athletes. Since then, kettlebell training has become very popular with people all over the world.

Many companies produce kettlebells which are available at various price ranges. Some of these companies make kettlebells in different materials such as steel, aluminum, titanium and stainless steel. These products are made from a variety of metals including brass, copper, zinc and iron.

The most common kettlebell weights are 10 kg (22 lb) or 12 kg (26 lb). The largest kettlebell weights are 15 kg (33 lb), 17 kg (37 lb) and 19 kg (43 lb). The smallest kettlebell weights are 5 cm (.25 inch) diameter.

There are several types of kettlebells. The most popular type is the dumbbell kettlebell. Dumbbells weigh between 4 kg (8 lb) and 6 kg (13 lb). Other types of kettlebells include the ball, butterfly, compact, fitness, girya, kidney, muscle, sailor, skeleton, sport, standard and tankette. The most common handle shape is the traditional “ball”. Some manufacturers make kettlebells with other handle shapes such as the “butterfly”.

Kettlebell training has been proven to increase strength, endurance and burn fat. It is also an excellent alternative to bulky weight machines. In today’s modern world, kettlebells have become popular with coaches and athletes in many different sports. These sports include track and field, weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, CrossFit, grappile, tennis, American football, baseball and other sports.

Kettlebell training is also a great addition to high intensity interval training.
