What is sfh?
SFH stands for Super Fatty Acids. It’s a brand name of Omega-3 fatty acids. They are not only good for your health but they’re also very effective at preventing heart disease and cancer. These fats have been shown to reduce inflammation and fight off free radicals, which damage cells and organs when exposed to oxygen or high temperatures.
How does it work?
The science behind these fats is quite interesting. According to the American Physiological Society, “Fatty acids are released from your body’s fat cells to act as a energy source for cardiac muscle during times of stress.” These fats slow down your heart rate and lower blood pressure. In a way, they put your body into a relaxed state so it won’t panic and overreact to stress.
Research shows that people who consume these type of oils on a regular basis have much lower incidences of heart disease. Their risk of cancer is also vastly reduced as well. However, not all fish oils or fish are created equally.
There are many different grades of fish oil on the market, but only a few of them really do what they claim to do. The best ones are Pharmaceutical Grade, which is five times more concentrated than regular fish oils.
What is in sfh?
Pharmaceutical Grade oils are very important when it comes to heart health. This is because they contain a higher concentration of DHA and EPA, which are responsible for lowering triglycerides and cholesterol levels in the blood. SFH oils contain 500 mg of highest quality Peruvian Fish Oils.
