ToeSox is a brand name of Nike. They are one of the most popular sportswear brands worldwide. They have been around since 1964 when they started manufacturing athletic footwear in Oregon. Nike shoes are, on average, slightly more expensive than comparable brands. They tend to be one of the more expensive options in any given price range. While this might seem like a negative at first glance, there are several other factors to consider that help balance the cost.
First of all, the company has done an excellent job of branding and marketing. Their ads are everywhere from television and radio to magazines and the internet. They market to a broad audience that is more likely to buy a specific product if they feel some type of emotional attachment to it. For example, many of their ads portray top athletes and celebrities wearing their products. By tying their brand name to an already well known celebrity or athlete, they are able to create an emotional bond between the customer and the Nike brand.
This helps them sell more shoes which allows them to use the money they earn to buy more advertising.
