Removing Thought from Exercise: How to Stop the Resistance
The Resistance to Manifestation
The resistance to manifestation is not only mental but physical as well. Physical manifestations are often seen when one tries to manifest something they don’t have the ability or desire for. When someone doesn’t want their body to feel pain, it will make them suffer.
If someone doesn’t want their mind to experience joy, then they won’t experience any joy at all. If someone doesn’t want their heart to feel sadness, then they won’t experience any sadness at all. These are just some examples of how the physical world resists our wishes.
In order to overcome these obstacles, we must release the resistance through exercise. Exercise releases tension and allows us to let go of the things that hold us back from being happy. Some exercises include yoga, tai chi, running, weight lifting, swimming and other forms of aerobic activity.
Other exercises include meditation, visualization, prayer and other forms of spiritual activity.
Exercise is a powerful tool for removing the resistance to manifestation. It helps us realize that everything we do has a purpose and that nothing is out of our control. By exercising regularly, we allow ourselves to become more aware of the things around us and begin to see them as tools rather than objects.
The more we exercise, the more we are able to let go of external circumstances and allow ourselves to experience the present moment. We all know that the present moment is the only moment that exists and everything outside of it is irrelevant. By letting go of the past and not worrying about the future, we are able to live in a constant state of peace.
This allows us to be happy with life rather than allowing external factors to control how we feel.
The Path to Manifestation
Removing the resistance from our minds and bodies is the first step to allowing ourselves to reach our full potential. Many people get caught up in the idea that they need something other than what they already have. It takes a strong person mentally, physically and emotionally to overcome these challenges put in front of us on a daily basis.
By overcoming them, we gain knowledge of who we are as individuals and how we want to act towards others. By understanding ourselves on a deeper level, we understand what we want out of life and how to achieve it.
The first step to removing the resistance is understanding it. The more you understand something, the easier it is to deal with and to eventually eliminate it completely. Everyone has some sort of resistance inside of them; the key is to identify it, understand it and then release it.
The next step is to remove the thought from your mind. If you’re thinking about wanting something that you don’t have then it’s obvious that you don’t have it. The best way to stop focusing on something you don’t have is to replace the thought with a new one. Focus your thoughts on something else like something you do have or something you want.
The next step is to remove the resistance from your mind and your body. As we grow up, our minds and bodies become accustomed to certain daily routines and patterns of thinking. If you find yourself thinking about something you don’t want or focusing on the negative too often, it’s important that you take time out of your day to do something else.
Go for a run, spend time with friends or read a book; whatever it is, you need to do something else to pull your mind out of the rut it’s in.
The final step to removing resistance is making subtle changes to your environment. If you find yourself not being able to let go of certain things that are causing you to focus on the negative, it’s time to make some changes in your life. Move to a new location, spend more time with loved ones or eliminate unnecessary drama from your life by removing toxic people from your inner circle.
Once you’ve made these changes and allowed yourself time to adjust to them, you’ll notice that the resistance has slowly been eliminated. By making these changes to your life and focusing on yourself, you are able to move forward with your goals and dreams and achieve anything that you put your mind to.
