Mike Mahler is one of the most respected coaches in the world. His reputation precedes him and it’s not just because he has been featured on many television shows such as “The Biggest Loser” or “Ironman.” He has also received numerous awards including being named one of America’s top 50 fitness instructors by Men’s Health magazine and was listed among the Top 100 Fitness Instructors by USA Today.
Mahler is known for his innovative approach to training. He believes that strength and conditioning should be fun!
He has trained some of the biggest names in bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman and Olympic weightlifting. His clients include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mark Twight, Randy Couture, Frank Zane and others. Most recently he has worked with UFC star Ronda Rousey.
His approach to training is based upon a simple philosophy: “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!”
In addition to working with athletes, Mahler has helped thousands of individuals achieve their goals through his books and DVDs. His books include “Kettlebell Theory and Application,” “Program Design,” “The Kettlebell Challenge” and “The 8-Week Ultimate Body Makeover.”
His DVD titles are: “Kettlebell Workouts for Beginners,” “Kettlebell Workouts for Intermediates,” and “Kettlebell Abs and Core Training.”
