Stress is Ruining Your Fitness
By: John A. Crowe
The recent recession has caused many Americans to lose their jobs or have them cut back drastically. Many are now struggling financially and may not even be able to afford gym memberships anymore.
If you’re one of those unfortunate souls, then it’s time to start looking at other options besides the treadmill in the basement. You need new ways to stay fit so you can get back on track with your life.
If you’ve been working out regularly, but haven’t had any luck getting in shape, then you might want to give some of these tips a try.
1) Get Out Of The House And Do Something New!
You don’t have to go running around town; you could do something active like going to the park or playing ball. There are plenty of things for everyone.
I’m sure if you were to look up “activity” online, there are tons of places you can go to do just that.
2) Find A Lifestyle Change That Works For You!
There is no wrong way to live your life. Some people love music and dance while others prefer reading books.
Some people enjoy sports while others like nature walks or gardening. Whatever works for you is fine; just make sure it isn’t hurting your health in anyway.
3) Be Flexible With Your Workouts!
If you don’t have time to go to the gym or do your usual exercise routine, then try doing a workout that can be done at home. You can use your own body-weight to do push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, squats, and other various exercises.
I can’t promise you’ll get as big as The Rock this way, but it’s better than nothing.
4) It’s Okay To Ask For Help!
