Anaerobic Power Unit

It is well known that anaerobic capacity is measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg). With this method, scientists use a device called a sphygmomanometer for testing anaerobic power.

With the use of the sphygmomanometer, reading between 180 and 200 millimeters of mercury (mmHg) is considered to be an indicator of anaerobic capacity. The person who has maximum peak reading of 201-220 is known to have very high anaerobically capacity.
