1) Get a friend or family member to join you at home while you are away from work.
You will be able to enjoy your workout without having to worry about running around town.
2) Make sure your friend or family member does not have any distractions such as TV, radio, phone calls etc.

3) After you finish your workout, go back to your own house and relax for a few hours before going to sleep.
4) When you wake up, the other person will still be asleep.
They will probably even be sleeping right next to you!
