The Incremental (But Intense) Circuit Workout
It’s not just a simple routine. You need to be motivated to do it!
If you don’t feel like doing it, then why are you reading this? And if you’re already feeling tired or even sick from your workout, then why are you still reading this?
It’s time to take things back into your own hands. That means no excuses. No excuses at all!
In this article I’m going to share with you the most intense workout routines ever devised. These are not just any old cardio machines; they’re not even just any old weight machines. They’re a combination of both.
And what makes them so much more than regular exercise?
What sets them apart from other workouts is their intensity level!
These workouts will make you want to scream out loud: “I’ve got to do this! I’ve got to get stronger! I can’t stop now! I’ve got to finish this routine and see my results! I can’t give up, not now!
I want to get out of this routine and see new changes! I want my body to change! I want to be somebody, not anybody! I want to be me!
