The Keto Diet: Avocado Cauliflower Toasts
Cauliflower is one of the most popular vegetables in the world. There are many different types of cauliflowers, but they all have similar characteristics. They’re small, green, and delicious!
But what if I told you there’s another type of cauliflower? That cauliflower could be even better than regular cabbages? What if it was made into something edible? Something tasty? Something you’d want to eat every day?
Well, now you do! And it’s called avocado cauliflower.
Avocado Cauliflower Toast
You might think that the name sounds weird or strange, but it actually makes perfect sense when you look at the ingredients list. A little bit of avocado goes very well with any kind of food. You’ve probably had avocados before in some form or another. Maybe it was guacamole, maybe it was salsa, maybe it was just plain old avocado.
Either way, you’ve definitely eaten avocado before.
Now imagine eating a piece of avocado toast with your favorite meal! If you’re like me then you’ll probably eat two pieces of this amazing snack.
Then again if you really wanted to go crazy, why not eat three? Or four?
Or…well I don’t know because I’m not going to tell anyone. But you can eat as much as you want without having to worry about gaining weight! You’ll just be getting more and more deliciousness.
Cauliflower may look like a vegetable that’s boring and not worth eating, but one taste of this stuff will change your mind real quick. If you’ve ever had mashed potatoes before then you’ll understand what I mean. It’s the closest thing to it.
