Lift your arms up over your head and gently stretch them until you feel a mild pull. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then release. You can do this several times a day. This is used to strengthen your shoulder blades and provide support to your shoulder joints. 1.Put your right hand on your back, so it’s over the scapula.
2.Put your left hand on your back, just below the scapula. 3.Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you breathe in and then release them as you breathe out. Do this 10 times and repeat several times a day. 1.With your arms by your side and bent at the elbow, rotate your arms in a clockwise direction, so your thumbs point at the ceiling. 2.Then rotate them in an anti-clockwise direction so your palms face the floor. Hold each position for 5 seconds. The Shoulder Cure exercise mainly focuses on relieving pain and does not focus on strengthening your shoulder muscles.
