He decided to start cooking and eating meatloaf every day. He posted pictures of his meals online and people were very supportive of him. After a year, he had lost nearly 100 pounds and was much happier with himself. He then wrote his first cookbook called “Meat-Loaf and Coffee”. In this book, he gave advice on how to live a healthy lifestyle while enjoying all the food that you eat.
