In the short term, you should expect to sweat a lot. We have some of the toughest workouts in town and you’re going to suffer, but hopefully you’ll enjoy that part. In the long term, you should expect to see your overall fitness improve dramatically. Our goal is to help you become healthier and more fit in every way. Most people lose weight too, but that’s not always the case. We’ve seen many people gain weight in the beginning because their bodies are finally building proper muscle tissue for the first time. The important thing is that you’re getting healthier.

In most cases, you should also expect to feel better both mentally and physically. Most people have more energy and feel happier about themselves and life in general.

If you’re looking for positive changes and a new lease on life, then you’ve come to the right place.
