How to make your own ab roller?

The first thing you need is an old table or counter top. You can buy one at any hardware store.

You will need some wood (wood scraps are good). You can get them from lumber yard, scrap metal, garage sale etc. 

You will also need a drill with a bit that fits into the hole in the bottom of the wooden base.

If you don’t have access to drill, you can try using a screw driver to pry up the bottom of the base.

Now comes the hard part. You will need to cut out a small piece of wood so that it fits inside the slot in the base. Then you must drill holes through both sides of the piece of wood so that it can fit into place.

Once you have drilled the holes, you will need to glue the pieces of wood together. You can use epoxy or other glue.

Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment! I’ll try my best to explain a bit about how I arrived at the price $40. First, a lot of research went into this post. From general internet research to speaking with physical therapists and personal trainers, I tried to get as much information as possible.

I took all of my findings and organized them in an easy-to-read guide that’s also very thorough. I then submitted the article to several different fitness-related websites, but they all turned it down because of the length (or so they said. I think it was really because it was too informative and helpful for people who are serious about training). After all of that, I decided to host the article myself and build a website around it.

As far as the price is concerned, I wanted to make the price as low as possible for people who really needed the information, but I had to cover my costs somehow. $40 seemed like a fair price considering that it can help prevent further issues in the future. I hope that makes sense and again, thanks for the comment!

You mention the benefits of using a foam roller and how it can help with muscular recovery and such. How ever i have been training for about 5-6 years and have had many different types of massages and various other recovery methods. I have never heard of this technique or anything close to it. Please correct me if I’m wrong but all you’re doing is lying on a foam roller and rolling back and forth on it.

That does not take an expert to do. I could of figured that out on my own by just lying on one.

I believe that the only reason you are getting good feedback is because you’re the only one that i know of currently promoting this technique. I think if you really want to help people you should give this technique to physical therapists and doctors so that it can help people long term. Instead of making a quick $40 bucks off people that may or may not have long term problems from sitting down all day. I believe this can be done in a medical environment and help people on a larger scale.

Hi, Thanks for the update. If you really do want to help people I suggest that you send me your contact information so we can talk some more about this. As far as the medical field goes, I’m not exactly sure how it works. I don’t have any experience in that area, so I don’t know how I could get this into the hands of physical therapists or doctors.

This technique is an amazing tool for self-treatment and exercise, but it’s not a cure-all. For serious spinal injuries and other major conditions, this technique would be useless. It is simply another tool in the medical field that can be used to improve people’s quality of life.

I believe that this would be especially helpful for people with mobility problems. But, sadly, I do not have the resources to market this idea properly myself. I have contacted several investors about this idea, but I haven’t had much luck as of yet.

I hope that you can see that I’m trying to help people with this idea. I have a lot of good ideas that could help a lot of people, but I need help and funding to make it happen.

Chapter 2: Web hosting

The first thing you are going to need is a place for people to view your website. This is called web hosting. Your hosting service will also be able to deal with your domain name, but those are usually separate things. You can think of a domain name as the address of your website and web hosting as where it is stored.

You need both of these in order to have a website.

You can get web hosting from many different places and they all have their ups and downs. If you’re a beginner, I recommend going with a company called WPEngine. It’s not the cheapest option but it is probably the easiest for a beginner. The next section will go over what you need to know before signing up.

With your hosting service, you are able to get as many websites as you want. This is good if you plan on making other websites in the future. Be sure to choose a good hosting company though because if they go down, so do all of your sites.

If you’re unsure about which hosting company to pick, here’s a list of the biggest and best companies out there:

For the rest of this guide, we’ll be using Bluehost. If you want to use a different company, that’s fine. Follow all of the steps provided and voila! Your website will be up and running in no time.

If you need to cancel your account with them at any point, follow all of the steps up until that point, and then follow this guide: How to Cancel With Bluehost Without Penalty . It should take you directly to where you need to be.

I use Bluehost for my website and have had no issues with them as of now. I highly recommend them if you are just starting out.

Chapter 3: How to Get a Domain Name

Now that you have your hosting service chosen, it’s time to get your domain name. A domain name is what people type in on their browsers to get to your website. For example, mine is Ken McFarland . Com.

You can get a .com, .net. .org, .info, or many others. It all depends on which extension you like better.

Before you get your domain name, make sure you have your hosting service ready to go. Once you have it all set up, you need to get the name you want. Here’s a quick guide on how to do that:

Go to Bluehost Click ‘Get Started’ Name your domain and choose the year you want to auto renew Choose your plan (I chose the basic pricing) Add your billing information. You won’t be charged right away, the credit card is just to hold the domain for you. Confirm Info and Click Finish

You should see a success message once it’s done! Now it’s time to move on to the next step in this guide.

Chapter 4: Installing WordPress

Now that we have everything set up, it’s time to get into the nitty gritty stuff and start installing WordPress. This will be the longest part of this guide and can take awhile, but just follow the steps and you’ll get through it all!

Step 1) Click ‘Install WordPress’ in your hosting dashboard

Step 2) Set Your Database Information

In this first box, you are to type in your database name. This is a unique name that was given to your database when you made it. You can find this out by going to your cPanel (your main hosting page where you control everything) and looking in the Database section. You should see your database name.

Mine is “leprosy54” but you might have a different one. Next, we need to type that in the first box.

Step 3) Set Your MySQL Username

This is also in your cPanel under the Databases section. You want to click on MySQL and then look at the username listed there. Mine is “leprosy54” but yours will most likely be different. Once you have that, enter it into the box provided.

Step 4) Set Your MySQL PasswordNow we need to set your password. This password needs to be at least 8 characters and have letters, numbers, and special characters.

I just used ‘qwertyuiop[]\’^*?

&” for my password. You should do the same.

Once you have all of that filled out, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Install WordPress’

Step 5) Create Your MySQL Database

WordPress will now create your database for you. Just wait patiently and it will be done before you know it!

Chapter 5: Installing a Theme

A theme is what determines the look of your blog, so you can make it look however you want if you find a good theme.
