Chicken Stacker: How to Make Easy Dinner Recipes For Chicken
1. Quick & Easy Chicken Recipe – With Few Ingredients
2. Chickens are very popular in our house, but I don’t like them too much because they’re messy and their feathers get all over everything!
But, if you have chickens at home then it’s not so bad since you can easily prepare chicken meal or even chicken broth from scratch. You just need some basic kitchen tools. Here are some tips to make your life easier when preparing chicken meal or making chicken broth:
Get a big pot (at least 6 quarts) and put it on the stovetop. Use a large stockpot, which will give you enough space to work with.
If you don’t have one, then use two pots; one for water and another for the chicken bones. Put the chicken bones into the pot and cover with water. Bring to boil, turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Then drain out any excess liquid. Add salt to taste, stir well and serve hot or cold!
3. Chicken Stock Recipe – With Few Ingredients
4. Making chicken stock is a bit easier since you don’t actually have to cook the bones (and meat).
If you are using raw chickens for stock, make sure to use only the bones. Cut the meat off, because you won’t be using that for stock! You can hold the vegetables to about 2-inch pieces and put them into the pot. Make sure to cut up the celery, carrots and onion into smaller chunks.
Add filtered water to cover all the contents in the pot and turn on the heat to high. As it starts to come to a boil, skim off any scum that rises to the top with a large spoon.
Then turn down the heat to medium-low and let simmer for several hours. You can also add any seasonings at this point. Keep in mind that the longer it simmers, the more flavorful the stock will be!
