Day Strength Program PDF
The Day Workout Plan PDF is a great way to get started with your own personal training session. You will learn how to do all the exercises and routines that are included in this program. There are many different ways to train with this program and it’s up to you which one works best for you!
If you’re looking for something simple, then try the beginner’s routine first. For those who want to start off strong, then take a look at the intermediate routine. Finally, if you’re ready to really put your body through its paces, then give this program a shot!
If you’re new to strength training or just starting out on your fitness journey, then I highly recommend taking advantage of these programs. They’ll make sure that you have the necessary foundation so that when it comes time for the harder stuff, you won’t feel overwhelmed!
There are two versions of this program:
Basic – This version includes all the basic movements, but doesn’t include any additional equipment. Intermediate – This version includes all the basic movements, but adds some extra exercises to work on specific muscle groups.
The Basic Version (BV) of this program is designed for beginners who want to build their strength without adding too much variety.
The Intermediate Version (IV) of this program is designed for those who have been strength training for a while and want to work on additional exercises. You can utilize these programs in a few different ways.
You can perform this routine 2 – 3 times a week with 1 – 2 days of rest in between each workout. You can perform this routine 3 – 4 times a week taking a day of rest after each workout.
