Why all humans need to eat meat for health:
The human body needs protein in order to grow and maintain its strength. Without protein, your muscles won’t work properly and you will lose muscle mass. Your bones are made of calcium which requires iron to build them strong enough.
If you don’t get enough iron from food or supplements, your bones will become weak and brittle. If you don’t have enough vitamin B12, your brain cells will die because they cannot produce energy efficiently without it. You may think that eating meat is bad for your health but there are many reasons why it’s good for you.
Protein is necessary for building up healthy bones and teeth, maintaining strong muscles and skin, preventing cancer and other diseases like heart disease and diabetes. Meat contains vitamins A, D, E and K which are essential nutrients needed by the body to function normally.
Meat contains fat which helps keep your body warm at night and keeps you feeling full when eating. Fat also provides energy for your muscles during exercise. Eating meat gives you more energy than if you ate plant foods such as vegetables or fruits.
In addition to these benefits, eating meat helps prevent obesity and type 2 diabetes. Animal products contain less saturated fats (which raise cholesterol levels) and more monounsaturated fats (which lower cholesterol). And unlike carbohydrates and plant proteins, which require considerable energy from the body to digest, meat is easily absorbed and used by the body.
Finally, unlike plant foods, animal products contain a wide range of nutrients that work synergistically to promote health. For example, protein found in meat helps the body build and repair tissues; vitamin C in fruit and vegetables helps the body absorb the iron found in meat.
So why not try eating meat for a change?
You might feel a lot better!
You don’t need meat to live happily and healthily. There are many people who live without eating animals, and they are all perfectly fine. In fact there are some cultures that find the idea of eating animal flesh completely and utterly vile and won’t do it under any circumstances.
As you grow older and learn more about nutrition you will realize that you don’t need meat to survive or even to be healthy.
As a human being who lives in the 21st century, you really should know better than to eat meat. Countless medical studies have proven that red meat increases your chances of heart disease, obesity and cancer. The livestock industry is also one of the biggest causes of global warming; farm animals such as cows produce huge amounts of methane and carbon dioxide, and their excrement is a major pollutant.
There really is no good reason to eat meat, so it’s about time you got with the program and started being a vegetarian.
Plants have feelings too! I know it’s hard to think that something that doesn’t have a brain can have feelings, but they do. Plants are living things and feel pain just like us.
We need to be vegetarians and eat plants instead of them! I also heard that eating meat can make you aggressive.
Well, that’s about all I have to say on this matter. Now go make yourself a salad.
