In our society women have been stereotyped as being passive creatures who do not want to work or even think for themselves. They are supposed to just follow the orders of men around and take care of everything.

However, there are some exceptions to these rules. There are some women who don’t mind working hard and putting in the effort. These women tend to be very successful and they deserve all the success they get!

There are several reasons why a woman might choose to lift weights instead of sitting at home doing nothing. One reason could be because she wants to show off her muscles and look good naked (or semi-naked).

Another reason could be because she wants to feel powerful and confident. Still another reason could be because she wants to lose weight and looks like she’s always been fat. Whatever the reason, it doesn’t matter, the point is, most women would rather put their bodies through pain than allow them to sit around doing nothing.

Lifting weights will give your body a better chance of looking good naked if you decide to go that route. It is true that most males have an easier time building muscle than females do.

This is because of their testosterone levels, which cause them to naturally put on muscle a little bit faster. Please note that this doesn’t mean that you will not be able to build any muscle at all and you will just look fat and bulky like some males do! If you want to look good naked, then you’re going to have to work for it by following the right plan.
